Terms of use

  1. ASA reserves the right to change the venue, the format of the Conference (in-person/online), the agenda or the date of the Conference.
  2. If the Participant does not attend the Conference and the Participant does not cancel the Course attendance in written notice to ASA’s e-mail address conference@asaeu.org before 24 April 2022, ASA shall be entitled to a cancellation fee at the full amount of the Conference fee.

  1. Personal data processed by the ASA in connection with the Conference may include: (i) your given name, surname, and general contact details (postal address, e-mail address, and phone number); (ii) your job position; (iii) other data that may be necessary for the purposes of the Conference. The ASA does not collect or process any sensitive personal data or any special categories of personal data (such as national identification numbers or data on criminal convictions).
  2. ASA may process the photos, video and audio recordings from the Conference for marketing purposes and present them on ASA website, social sites etc.
