The participants whose applications do not meet the criteria will be disqualified from the Contest. The Organiser is not obliged to inform the participants of their disqualification

2. Contest Evaluation

Subsequently, the Organiser`s jury of professionals will evaluate the received expert papers and select the winners.

The Organiser reserves its right to make the evaluation at its own discretion. The Organiser is not obliged to inform the candidates of the reasons for adopting the given decision. The quality features to be principally taken into account during the evaluation include the originality of the Scientific Paper, the topicality of the analysed problem, and the ability to combine theoretical principles with the chance of implementation in practice.

At least three participants whose Scientific Paper was evaluated as the winning one will be informed by the Organiser via e-mail by 8 June 2018.

3. Prize

The authors of the winning Scientific Papers will receive an ASA Award and a ticket for one person to the ASA European Valuation Conference, which will take place on 15 June 2018 at Slovanský dům in Prague. The Award will be handed over at the venue. The award also includes an entry to the evening banquet on 14 June 2018 in the Lobkowicz palace.

There is no legal entitlement to the prize.
